- One team, end to end
Most agencies separate strategy, build and media into different teams who rarely speak. We are small enough that the person planning the campaign is in the same conversation as the person building the landing page it points at, and both see the numbers afterwards.
That means the work is broader than it would be somewhere larger. If you want to do one narrow thing very deeply, this is probably not the right fit. If you want to see a whole client account end to end, it is.

We are always glad to hear from people who want to grow
We care more about whether you can show your reasoning than about a list of certifications. If you have run campaigns, built sites, cut video or written copy and can talk honestly about what worked, what did not and why, send it over.
